Called our practice wanting to send info to the practice manager, but didnt want to waste our time, so asked how many staff worked here, when i told her, she said it was helpful and then hung up. Sounded like AI voice. Very strange.

Same as previous complains. Woman named Marty wanted to speak to the practice manager but didn't want to waste our time. Just wanted to get some information first. Asked how many staff on the roster. When questioned what the purpose of this information was for she said for a rostering program. She said if it was less than 10 people then it wouldn't be necessary. Hung up. Voice sounded slightly robotic.
