I was sent a message giving an apology and a strange web address to contact, pretty sure it’s a scam

I think this is a scammer checking to see if their list of phone numbers are still active. They'll send you a link, and if you click on it, they'll know you still have that phone number. It could be more than that, but that's my best guess.

Sending me a text message about being approved for some personal loan from some credit or debit collector I never applied for any loan. This is fraud and identity theft. 10 Middleton Street Lalor 3075. They called few times asking if we live here.
