Was a text message to share with me my one time password (OTP) with no context.

Was an otp for Instagram,seemed sus because I was checking reports plus to see some stats and then clicked into my Instagram account only to be continually put on a page where it had "Instagram" writen and very poorly looking(low quality writing) and I had to put my phone number in and they also sent a code to my phone all in the name of confirming I'm who I am,I think it could be a scam as they could use your number and your one time password to log into your account,I called the number back twice they didn't answer,I'm sure one time passwords should be sent through Instagram on messages not a number you know

Most likely a hacker because this number sent me a message 'to reset your password' Instagram definitely has some issues going on this past month!

This number was used to send a Waze Map by someone I know who doesn’t have that number

Received a text with a OTP code.. this happened when i requested a 2 factor code to log into my Uber account, however Uber use 1 specific number to send codes and this message was not in their usual format… I feel like it may have spoofed or phished somehow because all my Uber account related OTP codes before and after this text received, have been as expected by the usual Uber number, with the content of the message formatted the way it usually is.
