I also got a message from this number at 7:27pm Thursday 1-8-2013 melbourne time saying hello and i sent a message back to clarify but i had no response !

This person msg me saying 'hello', when I replied saying, 'who is this' I got no reply. I rang the number and it just says the phone is switched off or not in a mobile service area. Very weird!!

At 7:29pm, I received a message from this number saying "hello". It sounds like this is a common thing from this number???
