Delivery scam. Supposedly from DHL, requesting import duty of $2. It turned out to be US$2, but they want the card details etc.
Tracking Number - DHL - was incorrect, or didn't exist, and payment reverted to a retailer in the UK. Interesting, since the original purchase was arriving from the US.

These are fraud people.

I googled and thank god there was this website that showed the same number. The sms that was sent: Please confirm your details for shipment today, otherwise your parcel will be returned to the retailer: l15.me/9azIVw

Left a text message stating there was an image to download. Not sure if this was one of those malware phishing sites.
