Text message rrquesting NBN feedback on the promise of potentially recieving a prize (link in msg). No company name in text either. Never had nbn, so I'm extremely sceptical. Rating as scam/fishing. Click link at your own risk. Text message: nbn kindly requests feedback on your experience. You could win 1 of 5 $500 eGift Vouchers! Click https://nxt.to/bwxYfn. To opt out reply STOP to 0457 062 602 - the website is false and the number a scam. No, its a SCAM. I got the message and haven't had a technician experience since NBN was fitted 2 years ago. Caller: 0457 062 626
If these irritating sh*t-encrusted d*ck helmets don't stop calling and messaging me i'm going to use my huge amount of free time (i have no life and lead a sad existence) to find out via XCM leads who they are and take them out.
I believe this is a legitimate message from nbn. Received this message 2 days after my nbn was installed: "nbn requests feedback on your recent nbn technician experience. Pls complete this 1 min survey here https://nxt.to/*******."
Upon clicking the shortened link it took me to a personalised page on https://yourexperience.nbnco.com.au/ where my address was displayed with 4 very short questions about my recent nbn experience.
To future posters: probably best not to post your personalised link as it shows your address, lol...
I regularly get this text saying to click on link or reply with STOP, not doing either as we don't have nbn. Telstra even gave us a credit as we were paying them for nbn but not getting the service in our area. This is a SCAM and if you click on link or reply they have your phone as active number and will onsell to other scammers. Even those that click and say it's legit anyone can make the link LOOK legit - doesn't mean it is. Why would NBN send a text when NBN is all about Internet & emails?????? IT'S A SCAM.
This is a SCAM 2 x text messages with link to "feedback" and phone number to opt out.
NBN do not contact persons unsolicited, expect is a phishing scam.
Just because it doesn't ask for a login or password doesn't mean it's not a scam. It asks you to complete a survey or to opt out by replying STOP to a specific mobile number. Either way, if you do either of these things, they will have verified your mobile number which, as others have pointed out, they can on-sell to other scammers or advertisers or use for future scam calls and messaging themselves. I have had NBN for 6 years, there are no problems in my area and there is no reason at all why they would suddenly start asking for feedback after all this time. At the moment I still get the annoying robo-calls on my landline from the steely-voiced "Nicole" threatening immediate disconnection and more recently from young Asian-accented person claiming to be my internet provider informing me of various problems that I don't actually have - these calls are also on my landline. Pretty sure if I took either of the response options offered in this fake SMS message I'd be getting a whole lot of spam rexts and calls on my mobile too. At the moment I only get about one such messag per year!! Caller: NBN (apparently)
Text message: nbn would like feedback on your experience. You could win 1 of 5 $500 eGift Vouchers! Click https://nxt.to/JRmwtG9 To opt out reply STOP to 0457 062 626.
I looked up the website and it took me to a survey page asking to answer a few questions. The first question they wanted to know if they had my correct address. I got to thinking why wouldn't NBN know my current address. It was showing my previous address, but I didn't have the NBN on then. So alarm bells rang! Please don't be fooled, be constantly vigilant against these SCAMMERS!
Despite what people are saying here, it's a legitimate text from NBNco. Easiest proof being go to the url in the message, it links straight up with NBNco's website, HTTPS and all. more spam UNWANTED Caller: 0457 062 626

How the hell can I block this f*ckwit and how the hell did he get a protected number! SPAM/SCAM - Says it's an NBN feedback request with a link. This number is supposed to be the opt out number. However I have never given my phone number to NBN and am not the NBN account holder. Caller: 0457 062 626 - scam
same as other posters - purportedly nbn seeking feedback with possibility of prize. no number showing on message and no way to block message.

A scam. Three txt messages since November 18 2020. Same (this) opt out number.
What varies are the Links - are they generated in the pseudo-random I.e. with algorithms!
https://survey.nbn.com.au 1. /domeGv5 2. /yNYHwY1 3. /DBUHhYq I am not about to click on the links. What really bothers me is 1. The ire it rouses: see other entries. 2. Nothing is done AT LAW. Have you ever actually been to the ACCC offices? High security. Bland blank looks. Quiet ssss speak easy stuff! Talk down- ssssmall fry! U. 3. The realisation that other human beings DO spend hours days weeks months years ... sending out these nuisance interruptions, interferences with SANE private lives. These are, with CRIMINAL INTENT, provocative and INSANE acts. All the best everyone. Keep as well as possible and Good Luck!

I stupidly clicked on the link and it asked me to confirm I have NBN at an address listed, which was not mine at all. Not even in the same state
