Text message rrquesting NBN feedback on the promise of potentially recieving a prize (link in msg). No company name in text either. Never had nbn, so I'm extremely sceptical. Rating as scam/fishing. Click link at your own risk. Text message: nbn kindly requests feedback on your experience. You could win 1 of 5 $500 eGift Vouchers! Click https://nxt.to/bwxYfn. To opt out reply STOP to 0457 062 602 - the website is false and the number a scam. Caller: nbn
I believe this is a legitimate message from nbn. Received this message 2 days after my nbn was installed: "nbn requests feedback on your recent nbn technician experience. Pls complete this 1 min survey here https://nxt.to/*******."
Upon clicking the shortened link it took me to a personalised page on https://yourexperience.nbnco.com.au/ where my address was displayed with 4 very short questions about my recent nbn experience.
To future posters: probably best not to post your personalised link as it shows your address, lol...
2 x text messages with link to "feedback" and phone number to opt out.
NBN do not contact persons unsolicited, expect is a phishing scam.
Despite what people are saying here, it's a legitimate text from NBNco. Easiest proof being go to the url in the message, it links straight up with NBNco's website, HTTPS and all. more spam UNWANTED Caller: 0457 062 602
Like the others I received a text message requesting NBN feedback with a link and the mobile phone number 0457 062 626 to issue a "STOP" to.
Obviously this is total BS as we have no link to the NBN and what we now need is a way for the information collected here to reported to the phone company responsible for any reported number to be cancelled immediately or better still arrange to drop something heavy and explosive on their location.
DO NOT RESPOND IN ANY WAY TO THE MESSAGE. JUST DELETE
Today is 20 August 19 - you had this experience in Dec 18 - message at bottom said "Sender doesn't support replies". I'd also suggest open at own peril. Caller: Scammers
Irrespective of the comments on here this IS A SCAM DO NOT click or text. The scammers are prob also putting messages on here and the other message boards.
Got a message from this number, 0457 062 626, today to complete a NBN survey.

I NEVER click on any attached links as It can be virus.
NEVER click on any links embedded in a message, unless you're 100% sure that it's safe!
There are so many scams these days. Especially from "Private Number".
This looks like a scam to me

I have completed the nbn survey and it is in fact genuine
Bullsh*t THIS IS A SCAM Caller: 0457 062 626
If these irritating sh*t-encrusted d*ck helmets don't stop calling and messaging me i'm going to use my huge amount of free time (i have no life and lead a sad existence) to find out via XCM leads who they are and take them out.
Caller: Not NBN
This is not from nbnco, the message is from a mobile phone, and the link is not from nbnco.com.au
Caller: Fake NBN
It is a scam. I have looked into the link, I did not click it. The link downloads something onto your device, I have no idea how this down load helps the scammers. The program information is Instant Free Download pconverter. Instant Download. Free. Download Now. Installs in Seconds.
Does not seem legit. Avoid and block Caller: Scammer
NBN feedback pretense competition
As I don't have the NBN connected I would say this is suspect. Block and delete!
