Caller: 0456 405 195 Claiming to be Telstra Called from 0456 405 195. Claimed to be an internet service. When told that I don’t have internet we “use satellite” she then went on to say but your number is listed with Telstra. These scam calls are looking up your providers and claiming to be them! When she didn’t have the correct spelling of my name I said, “nah sorry! That’s not how you spell my name” and I hung up. Telstra don’t call you from a mobile number.

Caller: 0456 405 195 Indian person claiming to be from Telstra offering a discount on my monthly plan; asked her to confirm what my current plan is ; she said I would need to confirm my identity. I gave no details but she already knew my email address that she said was linked to the Telstra account. I hung up on her.
