Caller: “Informed Australians” A lead generator posing as conducting a survey about retirement planning. The first question was “Do you think that [called city] is the best place in Australia to live?”!

There was nobody on the other end and a voice said “goodbye” after a few seconds. I’m now answering unknown numbers with silence for a few seconds in case they are trying to record my voice.
