text message came from 0455 268 889, to my work mobile phone stating - "Dear user your debit card has been suspended Call us to discuss further. Help Centre (02) 800 - 34 -240" I have no doubt it is a scam, both numbers do not answer when called.

Caller: 0455 268 889 the same message, but I'm sure a scam, if its your bank the message would have your name, and would tell you to go to your branch, sooooooo just a scam scam scam

I had exactly the same message today 9/4/22. Suspect is scam - no call from my bank which would always ring if that had happened!

They send you a SMS saying to call (02) 8005 4761 as your credit card suspended due to suspicious activity. Bank confirmed its fake. Do not call, block this number
