The caller claimed to be from Vodafone and insisted on speaking in Mandarin, despite my preference for English communication. The individual requested information about my phone number and mentioned issues related to it.

Based on the suspicious nature of the call and the fact that the caller refused to communicate in English, I strongly suspect that this was a scam attempt. I did not provide any personal information and terminated the call immediately.
