Indian voice, rang at 9.00pm. Hung up as soon as voice heard as just another scammer. Contacted Telstra about these types of calls but there is not much they can do as the call is sourced from outside Australia using a server to call out with what appears to be a legitimate Australian number. After I had one of these call me 3 times over 2 days I had them block the number from calling my phone. Telstra advice is to hang up immediately you get one of these calls then notify them to have the numbers blocked.

Telstra doesn't allow this. The scammers create servers in India and rig them to make it look like it's a legitimate Aussie call yet tracing it shows it's an Indian server call. The vast majority of scam calls are from Bangladesh. The Indian government encourages this behavior and will not prosecute offenders as they gain from the scams.

Message was left saying "Good-bye" (female voice), The callback number 0452 654 988 is bogus as callback could not be completed. Block the number if you can.

These people continually call, I just let the calls go to answering machine and they hang up.

Telemarketer - Indian voice - trying to sell solar power.
When I asked what company they worked for, they got abusive and then they hung up.

ANOTHER nuisance call. I never answer a call whose number I don't recognise.

They don't give up! Fortunately this number is in my call block list and they can't get through.

Callers name was Sharon, Solar rebate. Told her (jokeing) I run on a Diesel Gen Set and she said she could hear it and hung up.

Called and asked for me by name and also had my address ! Asked how she got it and she said white pages. I said we are not listed and she hung up.

2 calls today within 15 mins, not on my calling list so do not answer.

Overseas callers masking their numbers with an Australia mobile number. When you call back the number, it is not connected. Usual thing with Indian scammers these days. Sick of Telstra saying they cant do anything about it.

indian male voice, asked for the home owner, pretending i did not hear i replied "what?" then loudly and pretty rudely he said "i want to talk to the home owner." so i lied and said no one home at the moment mate sorry, can i take a message? to his reply "no, bye bye" and hangs up on me
