I spoke with a foreign woman; didn't understand a word. She said something like they wanted to provide me with a fire alarm system or something like that. It was really hard to understand her accent, plus the phone line was not clear and very low in volume. As I replied "no thanks, I don't need that", she said "oh.." and put down.

Called back and it rang out then said current my switched off or unavailable. Assuming another scammer!
