I called back number 0451 942 772 spoke to a woman who said company name is Impact Financial Services.

Caller: Claimed to be debt collector representing Telstra

Debt collector claiming to be from Telstra but have never had a Telstra account and confirmed no Telstra account with Telstra advised to ignore or report number

Calls once a week, doesn't leave a message - can't be important. Calls we don't recognise we let go to answering machine. Most probably a scam caller.

Telstra uses these guys for their debt collection. They call 6-8 times a day I’ve never been so popular that I feel loved lol

I rang the number after a couple of missed calls over a week or so and it did not appear to ring at the other end. Just silence as the seconds ticked over. Very odd. Perhaps it was being diverted to another number? Suspicious.

Would not explain what the company was or what they wanted and I would not give out my name.
