They never give up and all of the above is true. Yes I owe debt I’ve explained My situation and told them if it’s not acceptable then take me to court yet they still keep ringing. I had been paying the debt for years and yet some how I owe more than when I started!

male ( sounded youngish + Australian accent ) caller ( "10:07am > AEST" ) today ( SAT = 26/10/19 ) and only said "HELLO" ?
Didn,t say anything else and hung up ? From "ALL ( Much appreciated advice from fellow "AUSSIES" ) ACCOUNTS" this number and the associated ( Phantom at times ) callers ringing people appears to have not only negative connotations "BUT",
considered "CRIMINAL" > ( or "Underworld" ) sinister motives behind these planned calls to individuals ? Ringing Australian,s up
threatening "DEBT COLLECTION" tactics ? This is very much becoming more + more common place within The Australian Community ?

Credit corp. Just ignore them for 7 years then the debt is no longer collectable.

These are the lowest form of life akin to salmonella bacteria. Do not answer and block. I have informed them to talk directly to the fraud squad and they do not stop calling on different numbers.

I returned the call and a person answered - no company name. Bit wired to be honest.

I once tried to deal with them properly. Had a big 15 minute conversation with the guy about how I plan to pay the amount off, lots of detail and contingency plans etc. Called me back 4 days later, it was the same guy, and he'd forgotten everything we talked about in the first conversation. f*ck them.

I have been getting letters and emails from them and now this number called. Probably credit corp.

they ask to speak to a person, then i have asked who are they calling from, they wont tell me.. have warned them not to call unless they are going to tell me..
they wont say, you threaten them with looking them up and reporting... how do you report if they dont tell you.

According to information I found about Credit Corp, it is a public company listed on ASX. Their business is debt recovery. They purchase consumer and small business debts mostly from banks, and then try to recover the money. The Credit Corp share price is up lately so they are most likely succesfull in debt recovery and are in profit.

I called the number back. They asked if I had an application for credit. I said no. They also said they would remove my number....that won’t happen.

called saying they are looking for 'Nicole Miranda'. at first i told them wrong number and the guy was really trying to get me to give him my personal details like name/address. when i asked what the matter was about he said it was personal and couldn't tell me. then when i lied and said i am nicole miranda he asked me to tell my personal details again. he was very rude saying "you wont even tell me your name".
ended up saying he was from credit corp
so rude such a scammer
