I think they want you to answer with your name. Then you get a call from a DIFFERENT Unknown number asking for you by name to make it sound legitimate. Scammers. Do not call back. I made this mistake and some scammers hope you will do this as it diverts to some foreign country where they make a profit on your call.

Keeps calling but when I answer, they hang up straight away. Definitely a nuisance call.
