Debbie, did you follow up anything with Fabio as we are having the same problem from work done 18 months ago and are now having major problems.

His been doing work for me tha last couple of years and never had a problem with him . always complete the jobs that I give him and always in time

He's a crook, don't employ him whatever you do! He begged me to pay him in full for the job, assured me he would do it and finish - didn't do either. Won't answer calls, has not finished job, lied about what he was going to do and left with my house key, tiles, etc.
