Answered the call was a recorded msg something about a border breach and a warrant issued in my name.. I promptly hung up and turned off my phone. Did call back the number later and it was restricted to no incoming calls. Scam

When i answered the call it was a recorded msg -something about a border breach and a warrant issued in my name. I haven't been anywhere and promptly hung up.
