beware, this guy is a prick. has ripped hundreds f people. now he is using australian business and migration sales, what a crock, best leave this guy alone will not sell you business at all. best use a real broker not a crook like this guy.

Watch out for Australian Business and migration sales - they are the same people who were involved in Chasemanhattan Business Brokers, they will just take your money, large sums and never sell your business, they don't even try to sell your businesses, try and find their real offices, they use office addresses all around the country, not staffed, just serviced office space. Watch out you will loose your money with this crowd.

This guy is bad news, I can verify what you are saying as I had dealings with him and he is nasty piece of work , they are not licensed and they use various aliases. If you need to sell your business I recommend www.onlinebusinessssales.com.au at least they are licensed ,experienced and genuine. We have to close theses scammers down

This is how Chasemanhattan Business Brokers operated - will no real office in any state all offices are just through serviced offices for the address only. The are from the Gold Coast at an unadvertised address. It is one big scam - take big dollars for advertising which doesn't ever happen as they say. There licence doesn't even work in the business he is just paid for his licence and he appears as licence in every state - not allowed as you need to live in the state and be present in the office.
It is run by a shonky couple of people, some using not correct names.

I have been given this number to call Bart Merrill, by Chase Manhattan Business brokers office in Sydney. It just goes to voice mail.

He is operating in NSW as well.
Have been caught as well.

Bart Merrill from Chase Manhatten Business Brokers http://www.chasemanhattan.com.au/ is a scammer. He took the money to sell business, but ever since has dissapeared off the grid. I call office and they say he is on the road and will get back to me. I call him on 0448 070 561 and its always a voice mail. I believe this number is not a real mobile.
