CHECKING: Call 0447 100 311 with a Anonymous number which I did and the call number was 'This number has been disconnected ...'. Search the web to find out if VIC does have such a legal scheme and then call the VIC department direct. Yeah, a lot of scammers any which means in abusing the good tools of the World. World would be much better if they apply their talents to do good, but they would rather go for pittance in lieu of the much better reward.

I looked up 133677 and it’s the national relay service so not sure what they were trying to achieve.

This number can't be dissing out other people's business without their permission or consent

The address exists and Google shows a photo of the warehouse endorsed with the Aussie Disposals signage however I heard that Aussie disposals went into liquidation very early in the pandemic.

There is an active web site which shows the above address and contact details. I used to be an AD customer and had a loyalty card with them.
This is a legitimate contact but it is concerning the number has been spoofed by so many scammers.
