I received the exact same text on the 5th March, 2018 @ 2.02 pm as the person that complained on the 7th March, 2018.

Caller: Scam about "National Security crime"

Got about 6 missed calls in a day from 6 different number and all left a voice message - 34 seconds with the same content. Said that I have a court cases atm and there will be an arrest again me soon if I'm calling a number to find it out. Then said press 1 to contact for more information.

This happens around for a while. Just simply block it and report back to community.

Do not reply - a return text makes your phone as vulnerable as if you clicked the link!

Exactly the same message. Obviously some kind of scam.

Tell them to get a life and stop trying to rip People off
