Caller: Hackers It's a scam. Been on this since registered my bank account. Which was initially not successful as the Asian customer agent gave me wrong CRN and when I tried login at home it seemed somebody had already registered as I go through telepathy and the guys behind this had already registered their account under my detail's. I went to the branch the next day and the agent gave me an additional number for my CRN and then it registered but since then every now and then their is a fraud transaction in my account. Calls to anz are answered by Asian decent agents who ask the most stupid questions which does not make sense and keep on going in circles and issue takes ages to resolve. I would suggest complain to ANZ but branch doesn't help so they can be reported to head office through someone else phone as I guess all having this issue your phone is already hacked so no use

Caller: ANZ I got the same message. Decided to call ANZ on their direct number. This message was from them and not a scam. I recommend calling ANZ if you receive this as your card has been compromised and you need a new one.

Received a message from this number at 4am claiming to be ANZ. They claim they have blocked a suspicious transaction on my credit card from Ticketmaster. I assume it is a scam

Got a text message from this number claiming to be from ANZ warning me of a suspicious credit card transaction asking me to reply 1 if yes or 2 if no. There is a matching "pending" transaction on my card, so they have my credit card number. Scammers for sure.
