Caller: "Pionner" "Important call for my neighbour at xxx could I please help and let them know to call her back for important news. " Very weird call, he doesnt even live there anymore and we never exchanged details, we were not close at all, no reason to have my number and his name linked

Company called PIONEER CREDIT a supposed DEBT COLLECTOR who is based in Philippines. Beware of scammer.
