Message claiming my 4Cyte Pathology invoice requires payment when I have not visited the site in over a year.

This number sent a message saying its from 4Cyte Pathology saying there is an outstanding invoice.However I do not have any pending payments. There is a link which I find it very suspicious.

SMS purportedly from DHM Path with my Covid test results. All my previous Covid tests have come through on a single but different number to this.

I received a text from this number claiming to be from Melb Pathology and it provided a random strangers COVID test result...and included a fake DHHS link which of course I have not clicked on. The text looks exactly like the one you receive from a pathology centre. BEWARE!

SMS received re: overdue invoice for pathology. Don't have an overdue invoice. Tried real hard to get more information from me. Hung up when I wouldn't co operate. SCAM

Addressed to wrong name about investment 'opportunity' SCAM!!! Delete without opening

They know my name, they even called before they texted the message below which is scary. They also know i had an issue with my covid certificate before that so even it has been solved they use it as a point of trust to exploit my information. I was a bit naive to give away my IHI number but when they text me this I completely know they are scammers with a suspicious link included.

Confused as to what it's about, reading these comments it seems to be an SMS relay service number, however there's no indication as to the name of the sender and I haven't applied for any jobs recently... so I'm clueless. Unsure if scam, wrong number or otherwise.

Message re a delivery from Bunnings. I am expecting one so I'm not sure if this is genuine or not.
