I think this is s marketing company used by multiple organisations. Comments suggest it could be Centrelink or employment agencies, but in my case it was the Australian Red Cross Blood Service.

Wacky msg supposedly employment agency but probably spammer got my details off legit agency websites No company name, no sign off. "Are you working?
