Caller: Dianne Diane - Extremely rude lady, very much a bully in her tone and delivery - aggressive manner - She called about a contractor who was on Centrelink benefits. Centrelink should ensure their staff are respectful, especially when contacting companies to engage with them on a matter that is not related to them.
