Some guy who identified himself as Anthony (did not mention any company or business) and stated calling all home owners in Victoria.
I advised I'm not a home owner and rent. He said thank you and hung up.

Caller: claimed to be calling from solaraustralia about a state government rebate program When I queried the details of who was calling me they said something in Hindi and hung up... doggy much?

Called asking if I'm home owner re solar panels. When I stated that I wouldn't give my information to someone I don't know he said "thank-you I have all the information I need" and hung up. Called back and got an Optus message saying number is disconnected.
