offer a TAFE course with non TAFE website

Caller: Possible scammer

I got a few sms from this number (61)437162073 or 0437 162 073 about the online TAFE free fee course since August this year, they looked a bit weird because part of the web link they sent me looklike https://tafensw.nxt.to, it just did not look genuine to me, they turned out to be real TAFE link.

However, I consulted with TAFE, they said they dont send sms to student or former student like this, they usually
send former or current student news and web-link through email, not sms.

my conclusion is that this number (61)437162073 or 0437 162 073 is belonged to a scammer, I think phone company should disable this number as soon as they hear me, and I think the Australian Government should put some law in this grey area,
they should force the phone company to disclose the details of this caller to the police,
and charge the caller with the act of disturbing peace of the public.

it is genuine NSW TAFE website that offering more new free fee short course,
they sent me another message months ago, i thought it was scam because the weird link - https://tafensw.nxt.to
