SCAM! Do not hit the link that they send you. Noticed that there were spelling errors in the text such as the O's were all 0 (zeros), and I don't use toll roads so it sure as hell wasn't me!

Saying it’s from Linkt. That I have a toll outstanding. Click the link to pay it. Well since I don’t have a car it would be a tad difficult to owe a toll…
