Unsolicited call - do not give personal details over the phone

I received call from this number today, the caller said she represent Harcourt want name and more information. And I doubt that harcourt should have many franchise, so I ask her which one she is? And she refuse to answer, and state her job is to find out the sales choice. However I don’t believe. But she said if I can’t tell her name, the other people will call me again until I tell them my personal information. So I cut the line straight way.
