This person is a small time scammer. Shelby Rich advertises goods for sale, gets you to use payID on this number to pay her, then does not send the goods.

I went to school with this POS, her mother was a smart mouth skank too, looks like Shelby's been charged by cops and going to court for a few charges on 27 Nov 23 in Bendigo Magistrates, hope she gets locked up and they throw away the key

Scammer keeps on scamming. Goes by different variations of her name: Shelby Rich, Elizabeth Shel, Elizabeth Rich etc. Claims she's been hacked and offers to pay you back if you contact her via her number 0435 384 503. This is a load of cow manure. Why would she offer to pay you back if she's innocent? Shelby Rich is a thief and a sociopath. Doesn't care that she's scamming people out of their hard earned money. Lesson learned - don't pay people via their phone number with PayID; use a payment method that can protect you.
