Scam phone text claims my toll bill is overdue and to make payment to avoid penalty. Domain address ends with auu and in my view contains grammatical errors

Don't know the number, Sent a attachment through SMS. didn't download and deleted immediately. Might be a hacker/scammer trying to infect devices with images or videos?
