Link to scam site

This SMS message was sent to my mobile today:
“New | voicemail: (1) . https://yinkabrand.com/j.php?bbduhtg”
I’m in Melbourne.
WHY can’t TELSTRA do a damn thing about these scams? Telstra = Multi-Billion dollar company. Surely they’ve got the cash & equip to BLOCK these daily scams from our mobiles & landlines????
These scams have become more annoying than Covid19.
