have had a few calls from Panthera finance so this must be another one they are vultures and chasing my son for money from a very very old electric a.c that was paid when we moved.

I called back the number 0434 914 879 and spoke with a guy who didn't tell me the name of their company

For all who don't know they are not debt collectors, they buy unpaid debts at a very small cost..and hassle you to get it payed to them not the company you owe the debt to as the original debt is dissolved when they buy it.. The lie through there toothless jaws stating they are collecting for the company but they aren't...advice ask them for the referral from the original company that you owed the money too...they cannot force you to pay or take any other action except harassment because they buy the debt and in that they risk not getting a cent...

I have told them on all the mobile numbers that if they do not stop harrament I will get a restairning order puls have inform the media cummintion authored to take all phones and computers for and by fine $3,000,000 and 5 years in persion.

this is vultures who keep harrassing people for apparently outstanding debts that most people have not even dealt with the so called companies that monies are owed to.

Same Same...Pantera Finance Debt collectors, calling me about a new phone purchase from Optus that turned out to be a second hand phone with the previous owners videos/photos etc on it...handed it back and now they still want me to pay...Hilarious...but there is no one on this earth that can assist with stopping this company from chasing...Computer dialling has unlimited mobile numbers they call from...annoying.As in the movie "Taken"...just say "Goood Luccck".
