missed call. didn't return call

Caller: 0432 292 199

Rang the number back and they said they didn’t call when I told them I had caller ID they hung up

After 4 rings the answer machine gets a funny hangup sound from this mobile number.
This is not a safe mobile number . do not answer it ----- I would BLOCK the number on your landline phone or mobile phone.. I certainly have blocked them.

Just to be on the safe side people do not trust that it is the RSPCA, never give any personal information to a cold caller, for all you known the person that left a note stating that it was RSPCA is the SCAMMER . If you want to donate ring the organisation on their landline :)

I called back the number 0432 292 199 but the call didn't go through
