I received a message $699 been paid by vin paypal to L&T Holding ltd can u please tell me if this is a scam there is only $109 in paypal account

phishing message to log in to internet with tracking number to give further info. Ignored for a week or so and when finally tried it got a your blog has been removed message. Certainly some form of scam

Of course, I did not ring the 1800 number. THIS IS A SCAM! Don't ring that number!
Block and delete this number. If in any doubt, check your PayPal account and you will see that no purchases to that value have been made. PayPal does not send text messages.
