Caller: Scammer Sent me an E-Mail saying this:
"Your New Automatic Payment Arrangement Has Been Set Up
We're writing to inform you that a new direct debit has been set up on your account.
Please confirm the following details:
Monthly Instalment: $529.99 AUD Merchant: Maplin Electronics First Payment Date: 22nd May 2026 Reference: NAB-7DH5QF
If the scheduled payment date falls on a weekend or a public holiday, the payment will be processed on the next business day.
If you did not initiate this activity, please contact us immediately 0431 541 479 Thank you for banking with us. We appreciate the trust you place in our services and remain committed to keeping your account secure.
