Called back and it said 'my call cannot be connected'

Wanted to talk about my Telstra internet service, when I asked which account and service address she couldn't tell just kept saying your Telstra one.
When I pushed her for the account number and service address she hung up.
Number now blocked

Caller: Automated message scam

It was a robot voice saying my bank account is being done for fraud? And told me to press 1 to be connected to someone who can help or I would be in trouble basically..

Such bs.

Caller: Indian lady - scammer

Hi madam, my name is rebecca & im calling from telstra technical department, as soon I heard that I I hung up because its a SCAMMER, she used a different number before, which I blocked, but I recognised her voice....so I'm blocking this one too. 😡

Female who said she was from telstra and that my internet account may have downloaded malicious software. That she would like me to get on my computer so that they could check online. I didn't tell her that I don't have a telstra account and said I was at work. She said she'll call back tomorrow. I'll string her along for a while I think.
