Woman with heavy Indian accent claiming to be from Telstra, offering me a discount on my next six months' Telstra bills - for a fee! Laughed at her, told her that she has a crap scam, and hung up.

I just got same call, asked her to be quiet while i talked, i told her the number she was calling from comes up as potential fraud, she insisted it was not, sorry love I'm not that stupid

Scam caller trying to gather data I assume, I could barely understand her so told her I hate Telstra and hung up. Called again days later and when I said I don't have Telstra what service are you claiming I have and then repeated the question - she hung up.

Same story just now. I didn't answer the first call. She called again and started her telstra spiel. I told her to 'go away' (in different terms). I then hung up and she had the gall to try to call me again for the third time.

When I told her I wasn't with Telstra, she said she had all my information in front of her so could she cancel my account. Well I am an authority on someone else's Telstra account so I asked which phone number and she repeated mine and I said mine was attached to a business and not with Telstra so she hung up on me! :(

Caller said was Telstra and giving me a 50% discount on my phone bill for 6 months. Saying it was a reward for being a good customer. Have had previous calls with this same scam method, they are phishing for your ID details, saying they already have my drivers license, but could I repeat it. SCAM to steal Identity information.

Caller: Fake Telstra offers by heavy accent indian lady.

Tell them your not with Telstra but with Optus.
Sick of hearing them pretending to be real.
Why can't they get a normal life and jobs.
Gives Indians a bad name and reputation.
Ripping off everyone, they should be ashamed.
