Recieved a call from this number 0428 770 463, missed the call so called the number back twice twice i got message saying number disconnected.

My phone rang Saturday morning at 12.48am, hung up when i answered the phone, i have tried to call back and it tells me the message bank is full for this phone

This is the number used by the HotDoc online appointment booking service for SMS messages. It appears they gather consumer's information from GPs without first seeking the consumer's consent. I just received an SMS from them having never used their service and actually having ceased using the GP practice on whose behalf they sent the message. NOT HAPPY!
