Got a suspicious message. My mom made an insurance claim and I got a message from "Suncorp" and this 0428 number. Says to reply with postcode of garaged address. The insurance company would have this info already.

It was indeed ING Direct so i called the 6 digit number back and it was to confirm change of details. No issues.

I keep getting texts from this number claiming to be from ING Direct and asking to call them. But when I call them they ask for my personal info.

I got a call from No Caller ID. Then a few minutes later, got a text message from this number asking me to call ING on 133 464 at my earliest convenience.

I was asked to call 133464 24/7 via message from 0428 423 955. Rang at 9pm AEDT. Waited "forever" but never got to speak to anyone. Called 0428423955 but it is disconnected.

Requesting I call 133 464 to discuss a discharge request for ING.
