Caller: I don’t know

I got a call today from ‭0428 257 966‬, I answered and said hello, then it started playing music then some Japanese or Korean lady started speaking over the music which sounded prerecorded, I hung up, called it back. It was a regular mans number and he answered and I told him I got a call from this number with the music and the lady, he got confused and asked who I was. I said I was a random guy and then told him about his number having music and the lady speaking, told him to have a good day. I am honestly still confused and I wish I recorded the audio from the first call so you can understand.
