SMS indicates that it is from KPMG regarding a class action against Allianz.
Is this real or scam?

I was sus at first however this is indeed legitimate. Okay to open the attachment. Cleared with Allianz.
It's regarding car insurance add ons unlawfully included in your car loan.

Why not receive a letter in the mail? why SMS text? KPMG has been spoofed by scammers and searching online does not prove it is legit. you need to contact Allianz and supreme Court of Victoria.

I received a message today that says the products I purchased are in a pdf below, no pdf attached?

I got the same message, here a thing, everyone here got the same text message on different dates. So it must be a scam. Don't you think, if it's real, Alianz would have sent the text messages in the same day

Yep, as previous recipients have noted; apparently KPMG Allianz class action (read up on it via web search and direct contacts will be on a very good detailed info page re this).
If interested, rather than risk opening the sms/attachments incase it's a clever phish, go company direct.

Not brave enough to open the PDF

I got it too, the pdf that came in a second text message lists products that I did purchase in 2010 and 2017 from Allianz. I think it is legit !
