We don't even have a Suncorp account.

Caller: Suncorp

SMS from Suncorp stating that there was a small transaction deemed as suspect. Asking you to respond to the SMS to prevent cancelling card . We called Suncorp instead and they confirmed it was a hoax in spite of others here who are claiming it is legit... also the 131175 number is either an old Suncorp number or is not the standard number for AU. 131155 is the Customer Service line we ended up calling.
If it seems suspect, it probably is. Call them direct instead.

This is a genuine message from Suncorp bank. Replying to the SMS with a Y or N only prevents your card being blocked. If you dont want to reply call 131175 and ask to speak to the card fraud team.
