Pretending to be Westpac Bank. Message says “your account is suspended unblock it manually” and provides a web link.

Weird. Have a text message saying - "the account may be suspended. Click for more details. The URL is - https://security-support-bendigobank.com/cgi.

I have no idea how I received this message. I am not a Bendigo Bank customer.
