Caller: scammer They sent me a message asking if they can "send me more customers" Having read the other comments, it's obvious I won't be responding.

First messages from this number was there was vacancy available for a shift in ward 19 no hospital details. Second message said I got an MRI appointment at Broadmeadows Hospital and left an another landline number to contact. Scam or someone malicious using hospital information.
I think it is from Broadmeadows Hospital.
