Clearly a scam, the same message has been received by other people from a different fake employee of yandex.

Caller: Daryl Chan Hong Kong Monetary Fund

I see that a few people have been contacted by Daryl Chan.
I myself was received an email from him in relation to a 21.1 million USD inheretance.
This money was left by a deceased person living in Hong Kong and Daryl Chan found my email address in the Australian registrar.
Daryl asked me to claim these funds and sent me the details of the bank in the UK where I needed to open an account.
Because of the associated costs were expensive to open this account including the need to apply to the UK court system for permission as I am not a UK resident, I have only just been able to open this bank account.
Daryl also forwarded me a legal document from his lawyer for me to sign binding this 21.1 million USD to my name.
I agreed to open a company or fund with this money.
I have been in constant contact with Daryl Chan in regards to the deposit of these funds into my account and he has been very helpful, is a pleasant person to deal with and is generally a nice guy.
So to all of you fools who missed out on this opportunity, make doubley sure to check out all people and their places of work.

I received an email from Darryl Chan informing me that he had found my email in the registry in Australia. He tracked me to apply for an inheritance from a deceased distant family member. I replied and was given contact details for the bank this money will be sent to, and I also signed a legal document tying me to these funds and detailing my agreement to start a company or a fund. I'm arranging this currently.
Daryl first contacted me in June 2019 and I am about to take receipt of these funds he told me to claim.
I was given 21 Million USD and I agreed to start a company with it.

I received a msg from Darryl Chan claiming that I had unclaimed money from inheritance it was about 40 million dollars he emailed me
