I received a similar SMS from a different number with exactly the same package ID. Very, very high odds it's spam or phishing content.

I also received an SMS from this number saying 'your item has been held at our distribution centre. Please follow instructions......' then some dodgy reference number - obviously I didn't click. Def a spam.

Definitely a scam, do not follow the links and do not give any personal information. It goes to a fake TNT post website with a fake tracking number trying to obtain your personal details. Best to delete the message and report it.
