Called informing that she is calling on behalf of government department as these says private health insurance is charging lot of money and could suggest something better. Trying to know which health insurance I have, name of family members and other private information. I knew it’s a scam and hung up

Mobile called, never answered as I didn't recognise the number. No message left behind. Blocked number

Obviously this so called company is still trying to scam people. A guy named Steve was doing the same thing as everyone else is reporting about. Asking me about health insurance and how he can compare prices and get a better deal etc. I’m on the do not call register too, so a red flag went up straight away. Absolute scum of the earth, and total oxygen thieves in my opinion. Do not give them the satisfaction of wasting your time.

Got a random call saying I'd entered into a raffle about gift cards and first question was if I still had health insurance. The guy who called was Aussie - he had a local accent and called me "mate". Also I could hear another "customer service representative" in the background.

Unsolicited call. Asked the lady for her private phone number, so I can phone her up at a time most convenient to me - like 2am. Sick of these dumb-nutted pricks from cold calling at the most inconvenient time. No respect!
Time the communication ombudsman got off his/her fat arse and performed their job. Frickin useless!!

Qantas insurance have onsold personal details to marketing companies without consent. Is that legal?

Private Health Scammers - actually Australian for a change which caught me off guard, still rude as f*ck when you tell them no thanks.

People who think they can waste other peoples time are a**holes.

This number has been calling me twice a day every day. I don't answer as it comes up on my phone as suspected SPAM. Just annoying that they keep ringing when I never answer.

I have been getting a call at least once or twice a day from this number. Messages never left. Have now blocked after reading all of these comments.

Caller rings for a few moments then hangs up - does not leave a message. First sign of scam/nuisance call. have blocked and deleted. Thank you to all who post, obviously scammer!
