Same happened to me tonight from this phone number. Guy rang saying he had a card of mine and his girlfriend had it at an address down the road. I went to that address and they didn't know what I was talking about. He then laughed and insulted me when I rang back the ask for the address again thinking I had the wrong number. I then received a text saying sucked in whore.
I also hate that he has my address and phone number

Stalking by prank calls

Unwanted contact through any technological means that happens more than once and causes concern or fear may constitute stalking. This means that repeated prank calls may be considered stalking. The penalties for stalking by prank calls can be very serious.

Bullying by prank calls

Tonight we had a call from a man 0423 056 057), who knew my mum's name, phone number and our address, saying he found her purse, and to come pick it up from an address (which doesn't exist), and she hadn't lost anything. It all sounded really weird, and said he was out but his wife had it and would stand out the front, so a few of us drove around looking for the address, before she got a text saying it was a joke, and saying "I'm your friend," "I'll be your friend" and some other sexual comments. We don't know anyone who would do this, don't recognise the number of the voice, and don't feel too safe when he knows where we live.
