I called the number a few times, someone (woman, Aussie accent) finally answered

Caller: scam call supposedly from DHL

OUTSTANDING package last chance to pick up go to yourshops. Never used these and DHL is usually international. Have not used these and all my packages are accounted for.

I got a text that read ‘Parcel @ shipped /‘ followed by a link. Don’t click it, it’s a scam.

Dangerous! Pretends to advise that a package missed delivery by DHL but in order to track it you must download an app - this is a trojan designed to steal your information DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT!!!!! Report spam and block!!! Please make this known to the authorities when you see it and help stop cyber-criminals.

Scammer messaged "Are you #ex# sure that this is not you on the video?" and hyperlinked an ip address.
